This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals affirming a judgment of conviction of the circuit court for Grant county, Honorable John R. Wagner, Circuit Judge. After a jury trial, Larry W. Friedrich (Defendant) was convicted of two counts of second-degree sexual assault in violation of sec. 940.225(2)(e), Stats.1
