This is an appeal from a jury conviction for burglary of a habitation, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, for which the court below assessed punishment at confinement for life in the Texas Department of Corrections. In three points of error, appellant complains of ineffective assistance of counsel in conjunction with a violation of the Speedy Trial Act and the trial court's denial of his Batson v.
