Defendant Otto Stadeli (Stadeli) purchased a replacement engine for a dump truck that was owned by Stadeli Pump & Construction, Inc. (SP & C), but in which plaintiff Bancorp Leasing and Financial Corp. (Bancorp) had a perfected security interest.
