Plaintiffs brought this declaratory judgment action against their insurer. On cross-motions for summary judgment, the trial court ruled that plaintiffs are entitled to $10,000 in underinsurance benefits and that defendant is entitled to reimbursement of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits that it had paid to plaintiffs.
