Plaintiffs Akzona Incorporated ("Akzona"), Enka B.V. of Holland ("Enka") and Aramide Maatschappij VoF1 have brought this action pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2201 and 2202,2 seeking a judgment that six patents relating to aramid fibers assigned to the E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company ("DuPont") are invalid, unenforceable and non-infringed....
