Plaintiff Betty Lushenko filed a two-count petition seeking: (1) the partition of certain real property allegedly held by her and defendant Ronald Lushenko as tenants in common, and (2) recovery of $240,000 as compensation for labor performed. Defendant filed a responsive pleading which appears to have been drawn pro se. Sundry matters were averred in this responsive pleading, including a request for reformation of certain deeds conveying the property...
