The district court upheld a decision by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to deny Odie Douglas disability benefits on the basis that he could perform light or sedentary work. We reverse and remand the matter to the district court with instructions to remand to the Secretary for payment of benefits as of April 1, 1981.
