The issue dispositive of this appeal is whether the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), in its capacity as a receiver for an insolvent, insured, state-chartered savings and loan association, is susceptible to the subject matter jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
