DUFRESNE, Judge.

Roger J. Parker and David R. Tell were charged by Bill of Information with the offense of armed robbery, in violation of R.S. 14:64. At the arraignment Parker entered a plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity and Tell entered a plea of not guilty. After a sanity hearing, the court found Parker legally sane but unable to assist counsel in his own defense. He was remanded to the parish prison to receive treatment for his depression....
