The district court reversed the rulings of the Dallas County Appraisal District and the Dallas County Appraisal Review Board which denied The Leaves, Inc. a charitable organization exemption from ad valorem taxation for 1984. During the pendency of this litigation the Review Board reversed itself and granted The Leaves tax exemption for the 1986.
