James W. Jackson appeals his conviction on two counts of giving false oaths at two bankruptcy proceedings and one count of concealment of Farmers' Home Administration (FHA)-secured farm equipment.1 The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana sentenced Mr. Jackson to three years imprisonment on each count.
