The plaintiffs filed suit against the defendant, Hartford Casualty Insurance Company, for uninsured motorist benefits due under a policy of insurance issued to their mother, Diane McCall.1 Mrs. McCall died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile collision which occurred on August 25, 1984. The driver of the other vehicle involved was determined to have been underinsured...
