The appellants, the City of Martinsburg and Eugene Dunsworth, Jr., appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, entered February 1, 1983, which denied their motion to set aside a jury verdict rendered in favor of Carol V. Mauck, the appellee herein, in a civil action for breach of contract and wrongful discharge.
