This is an action under Rule 27.26. At issue is movant's plea of guilty to robbery, first degree. The court below denied movant's Rule 27.26 motion after an evidentiary hearing. Movant appeals. We affirm.

Movant was charged with assault, first degree, robbery, first degree and armed criminal action. Apparently, the state agreed to recommend concurrent ten year sentences on the assault and robbery charges and to nolle pros the armed criminal...
