In this petition for writ of mandamus, we are requested to order the vacation of an order signed by respondent, Judge Sidney C. Farrar, Jr., in connection with a party plaintiff's effort to depose a non-party, foreign corporation through the corporation's chief executive officer, one Dr. Thomas F. Frist, Jr. Deposition of Dr. Frist had been opposed on the grounds that the plaintiff, the real party in interest here, is not authorized...
