Dillon, the defendant below, appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Monroe County which set aside a deed conveying real estate to him and restored the legal title of the real estate to the plaintiff, Pauline F. Dillon. On appeal, he asserts two errors. First, he contends the trial court erred in permitting the jury to find that a confidential relationship existed between the plaintiff and the defendant.
