KOONTZ, Chief Judge.

On March 28, 1986, David Lee Bailey was convicted of involuntary manslaughter by the Circuit Court of the City of Richmond, sitting without a jury. On appeal, Bailey challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain that conviction. Finding the evidence was sufficient beyond a reasonable doubt, we affirm.
