Gremel Harris was convicted of one count of armed robbery and one count of attempted armed robbery and sentenced to ninety-nine years at hard labor for the armed robbery conviction and a concurrent forty-nine and one-half years at hard labor for the attempted armed robbery conviction.1 Defendant appealed, alleging twenty-eight assignments of error.
