This appeal arises from two jury trials that resulted in eight convictions. On June 25, 1985, Cleandrew Foster was found guilty of rape, robbery, burglary, and the use of a firearm during the commission of the rape and robbery. In accordance with the jury's verdict, he was sentenced to a term of fifty years imprisonment.
