Werner Lattreuter, a foreign national, sued the American Association of Breeders of Holsteiner Horses, Inc. ("Association"), for breach of two separate but virtually identical contracts to sell Lattreuter two groups of fifty pregnant heifers. The first contract was dated June 24, 1980; the second was dated September 22, 1980. Lattreuter contended, in a jury trial, that the Association failed to deliver pregnant heifers and improperly charged for feed...
