On July 26, 1983, defendant-appellant, Joseph Danny Reed, was indicted by a grand jury with two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, in violation of La. R.S. 14:81, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, in violation of La.R.S. 14:92.
