Jack Briggs appeals from judgments and the sentences imposed following his guilty pleas to escape and first degree burglary. He received a five-year indeterminate sentence for the escape and a ten-year indeterminate sentence for the burglary. The court ordered the sentences to be served concurrently, but consecutively to a five-year term for robbery he was serving at the time of the escape.
