This appeal arises from a summary judgment granted in favor of defendants, Ronald Gillen, Aline Gillen, Richard Gillen, Jr., and Janet Gillen Robinson. The plaintiffs, Beverly and Richard A. Jones, are the parents of Richard A. Jones, Jr., a 14-year-old boy who drowned while swimming in the Simolusa Creek. The creek flows behind Land-O-Pines campground, the defendants' lessee.
