Defendant-appellant Gregory Angelo Spencer appeals the order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea to the offense of bank robbery. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

Spencer was indicted on September 22, 1986 by a federal grand jury. The indictment set forth three counts: Count I charged a conspiracy to commit bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 2113(a) (1982); Count II charged aiding and abetting...
