This is a fraud suit against an automobile dealer. Edwinda Sarris brought this action, alleging a breach of contract and a willful or reckless misrepresentation by Treadwell Ford, Inc., in its sale of an automobile to her. The trial court submitted the breach of contract and reckless misrepresentation claims to the jury, which rendered a general verdict in favor of Sarris and assessed damages at $20,000.
