PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CLINTON, Judge.

Convicting appellant of aggravated rape of a child, V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 21.03(a)(5) (repealed), the jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment and a fine of $10,000.

In an unpublished opinion the Dallas Court of Appeals found that admission of State's Exhibit No. 1, a collection of 1036 photographs of the twelve year old victim taken by appellant, was reversible...
