MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

In this case we consider whether the district court1 properly exercised pendent jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims and whether the district court properly dismissed plaintiff's suit for failure to comply with the applicable statute of limitations. We conclude that the district court acted correctly in both respects and accordingly affirm.
