This is a state appeal from an order of the trial court granting Donald Ogburn's motion to suppress. For the reasons which follow, we reverse.

Donald Ogburn was driving a late model Lincoln Continental with an out-of-state license plate eastbound on State Road 836 (the Dolphin Expressway).
