This is an appeal by the plaintiff William J. Woelfel, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Mary O. Woelfel, from a final judgment entered after a jury verdict in a wrongful death, strict liability in tort action against the defendant Firestone Tire and Rubber Company [Firestone] and other defendants. The jury found for the plaintiff Woelfel, but also found the plaintiff twenty-five percent comparatively negligent in the automobile...
