The plaintiff-appellant, Dudley Soileau, takes this devolutive appeal from a judgment dismissing his action against The Audubon Indemnity Company on a motion for a directed verdict (dismissal) made after plaintiff rested his case in chief. The plaintiff's suit for damages arose out of a fire at his residence.
