Jeffrey Leisure was convicted by jury of conspiring to distribute cocaine, see 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846, and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. On appeal Leisure argues that the district court committed error in admitting evidence of Leisure's prior marijuana transactions and in denying Leisure's motion for judgment of acquittal or, in the alternative, a new trial.
