This is a claim for severance payments by former employees of a manufacturing corporation, which sold the division of its operations in which the claimants were employed. This Court has jurisdiction over the claim by virtue of Section 502(e) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. sec. 1132(e).
