Anthony Martin was charged by bill of information with improper telephone communication, in violation of La.R.S. 14:285. He entered a dual plea of not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. He was tried before a jury, which convicted him as charged. He was subsequently sentenced to serve two years in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
