This matter comes before the Court upon the complaint of the plaintiff, Allianz Insurance Company ("Allianz"), for a determination that a debt owing to it by the debtor and defendant in the above-styled proceeding, Earl Charles Taylor ("Taylor"), is nondischargeable in bankruptcy pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2).
