This case involves a dispute between plaintiff and his former employer, Medtronic, Inc., over plaintiff's entitlement to a management incentive bonus for his last year of work with the company. A jury found that Medtronic had acted in bad faith in withholding the bonus from plaintiff. The trial court awarded $10,891 in damages plus interest and penalties under Minn.Stat. § 181.13 (1982).
