PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, PK's Landscaping, Inc. (PK's) appeals from an order of the Trial Court (Dalianis, J.) granting the defendant's motion for summary judgment. RSA 491:8-a. PK's sought damages in its suit from the defendant for failure to place an advertisement of PK's in the Yellow Pages of the Nashua area telephone directory for the 1980 edition.

The trial court's order effectively enforces the limitation of liability clause in the advertising...
