Husband appeals from a decree of dissolution. On appeal he challenges the trial court's determination that the balance due on a promissory note payable to the parties jointly and secured by a deed of trust in both their names was marital property. He further contends that the court erred in awarding wife attorney's fees in the amount of $1,400. We affirm.
