Ron Fogal and his wife filed this redhibitory action against Carlton James Boudreaux, and his wife, Mary Ann Boudreaux, Merrill Lynch Relocation Management, Inc. (Merrill Lynch), and Reinauer Real Estate Corporation (Reinauer) seeking a rescission of the sale of their home located in Sulphur because the home was subject to flooding.
