In January, 1986 appellant, Rodney Summerville, filed a petition seeking to annul an habitual offender judgment rendered against him on March 24, 1983 pursuant to LSA-R.S. 32:1472 and any other judgments or suspensions which may have issued as a result of the 1983 judgment. It was alleged that the habitual offender judgment against him is null because he was not served with notice of the hearing personally...
