Defendant contends that he is entitled to a new trial because of four alleged errors committed by the trial court. First, he contends that the trial court erred in instructing the jury that it could consider the photograph on his 1981 driver's license as evidence of "how he might have looked in 1981" but could not consider the evidence as to "how he looked in 1985." Second, he contends that the trial court erred in refusing to admit into evidence laboratory...
