In this legal malpractice action, the trial court granted defendants' motion for accelerated judgment under GCR 1963, 116.1(5), ruling that the period of limitation had already expired. Plaintiff appeals as of right.

The alleged malpractice arose out of plaintiff's attempts to recover payment from Wayne Harding for construction work done on his home by plaintiff's business. In February, 1980, defendants filed both a claim of lien on the Harding...
