Bob Lee Berryhill was convicted October 4, 1985, in the Circuit Court of Alcorn County on a charge of possessing a controlled substance, hydromorphone, and was sentenced to serve a term of twenty (20) years in custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, and to pay a fine of thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000).
