Plaintiffs, Enrique L. Dabdoub1 and Henry S. Dabdoub, Sr., brought this suit against the heirs of Louis S. Dabdoub, Sr. and Lucille Hall Dabdoub, asking that plaintiffs be recognized as the true owners of certain immovable property located at 6975 Canal Boulevard in New Orleans. Henry S.
