ERICKSTAD, Justice.

C.S. and A.S.,1 and their parents, appeal from a juvenile court order finding each child to be an "unruly child" because of habitual truancy. We reverse.

At the time of the hearing in this matter, C.S. was nine years old and A.S. was ten years old. The children attended Mapleton Elementary School until January 14, 1985, when C.S. was in the fourth grade and A.S. was in the fifth grade. The children did not return...
