STOKER, Judge.
The plaintiff, Premiere Casing Services, Inc., appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing its suit against the defendant, Varco International, Inc. Judgment was rendered against the plaintiff and in favor of the defendant on defendant's reconventional demand for sums due on open account in the amount of $67,129.06. No appeal is taken from that judgment. We affirm the trial court.
