This appeal arises from a summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's action for worker's compensation benefits and medical payments. Plaintiff, Thomasine Francosi, had been employed as a maintenance administrator by the defendant, South Central Bell Telephone Company (hereinafter, South Central Bell).
