Pinewood Plumbing Supply, Inc. (Pinewood) appeals from an adverse summary judgment. We affirm.

Pinewood contracted with Minority Systems, Inc. (M.S.I.), a subcontractor, to deliver plumbing fixtures for a government project. After Pinewood delivered, M.S.I. failed to pay.
