The defendant, David Outlaw, was charged by separate bills of information with hunting from a moving vehicle, hunting or discharging a firearm on a public road, and criminal trespass. After a bench trial, he was found guilty on all charges. After sentencing, the defendant applied for a writ of review, asserting that the evidence was insufficient to sustain any of his convictions.
