PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Cain Dixon, pled guilty to attempted manslaughter in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27, 14:31. He appeals his sentence of 10½ years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, asserting four assignments of error. For reasons stated herein, we affirm defendant's conviction, vacate his sentence and remand the case for resentencing.
