This is an appeal by the State pursuant to K.S.A. 22-3602 upon a question reserved. Defendant Mitchell A. Moffett pled guilty to a speeding charge and pled not guilty to a charge of driving while his license was suspended (K.S.A. 1985 Supp. 8-262). At the close of the trial on the suspended license charge, the trial court dismissed the charge on the ground defendant had not been properly notified of...
